Prayer for Healing

Proverbs 4:20-22

My son, attend to my words;
incline thine ear unto my sayings.
Let them not depart from thine eyes;
keep them in the midst of thine heart.
For they are life unto those that find them,
and health to all their flesh.

Reading the Word of God and letting ourselves respond to and submit to it's messages, will change us physically. Right here God is telling us that we must make sure the Scripture does not depart from our eyes, to keep them in our heart, and that it will heal us. Today if you need healing, take this Scripture and others like it and start to put your trust in God to change you physically.

Father, I come to You in Jesus name. I'm sorry for placing all my hope in the past on medicine and doctors rather than first on You. I know You have given knowledge to doctors, but my first trust and hope will now be on You to bring healing. I ask that you would help me to meditate on your Scripture for truth. I am going to trust You to heal me through Your Bible. I will know I am healed when I no longer have any more sickness and disease and the doctors will be able to confirm over my future visits. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
